Creating a submission with CCA has never been easier. Our card database and index search is one of the most accurate in the industry. Additionally if you can not find your specific card you can also add it manually and our expert staff with identify and add the specific card and/or entire set into our catalog and card index.
Note: the easiest / fastest way to find your card is to search by the name, card number, variation (if applicable).
For example: Charizard #4 1st Edition
Step 1
If you have not already created an account yet you will need to do so here.
After you have created an account / logged in you will want to visit the Dashboard and select on the Start New Submission button in the top right (on desktop) and just below the "Welcome back, Name" section at the top of the page (on mobile).
Step 2
After you have reached the start new submission page you will want to select the submission level / service level for your order. Note: bulk submissions will require at least 10 cards to be submitted.
After you have selected your service level, click on the "Next" button.
Step 3
Next you will want to Search and Add Cards that you will be submitting with your order.
For example searching for "Charizard #4 1st edition" will return 2 results for the base set and team rocket, so you will need to properly select the correct card with the one you are submitting for authentication and grading.
Additionally you will have the option to set a declared value for your card(s). This is not a requirement and while it is optional it is recommended.
Step 4
On the review step you will presented with the option to add additional insurance coverage for your submission as a whole. (Individually each of your card(s) will have included insurance based on the submission level, however you can optionally increase the overall insurance coverage for your submission).
Ensure you have properly set your return shipping address and selected this address.
Add your payment options / card information details. Securely stored with Stripe.
Confirm and review your submission details
Click on the Submit Order button, you will need to double confirm your submission. Payment is not collected or due until after your order has completed grading and is preparing shipment back to your return shipping address.
Step 5
After you have entered all the details for your submission you will be presented with details on how to prepare and ship your submission to the CCA Facility.
Ensure you ship your cards in a cardboard box and not a bubble mailer.
For faster intake and processing of your submission, please organize and order the cards as they are shown on the submission form.
It is important that you print both documents for your submission. You will have the option to print via regular paper 8.5x11 or on 4x6 shipping labels for convince.
The two documents that will needed to be printed out are the following:
Submission Form (Included inside of the box/submission)
Submission Label (For placement on outside of the box/submission)
Step 6
Once you have packaged and prepared your submission, it is recommended to print a pre-paid label using a service such as Pirate Ship or Shippo to save you time when dropping off your submission at USPS.

It is optional, but recommended to add the tracking number to your submission for our team to be notified of your submission on the way and be able to track and await its reception.
That's It!
Your submission, once received by the CCA team will be documented and update your order as progress is made.
