Order Tracking
CCA provides order tracking throughout the submission process so customers can stay updated from the time an order is created until it is shipped back.
Customers can view their submission status directly from their account dashboard or submission page. CCA may also send email updates when major status changes occur.
Dashboard Tracking
Your dashboard shows the current status of your submission.
This allows you to see where your order is in the process, including receiving, research, grading, encapsulation, quality checks, payment, and shipping.
Email Updates
CCA sends email updates during the most important stages of the submission process.
Common email updates may include:
Submission - Cards Received
Submission - Grading in Progress
Submission - Grading Complete
Submission - Encapsulated
Submission - Ready to Ship
Submission - Shipped
Some smaller internal status changes may appear on your dashboard but may not always trigger an email notification.
Submission Statuses
Draft
Your submission has been started but has not yet been completed or submitted.
Awaiting Shipment
Your submission has been created and is waiting for the customer to ship the cards to CCA.
Awaiting Receiving
CCA is waiting to receive your package.
Received
Your package has been received by CCA and checked into our system.
Research & ID
CCA is reviewing the submitted cards and confirming card details such as year, set, card number, variation, parallel, player, character, or card name.
Verified
The card information has been reviewed and verified before moving forward in the grading process.
Awaiting Grading
Your submission is waiting to be assigned for grading.
Grading
Your cards are actively being reviewed by CCA grading staff.
Graded
The grading process has been completed and grades have been assigned.
Encapsulation Queue
Your cards are waiting to be sealed inside CCA holders.
Encapsulated
Your cards have been encapsulated in CCA holders.
QA Checks
CCA is performing final quality checks before the order is completed or shipped.
Payment Due
Your order requires payment before it can continue or be released for shipment.
Paid
Payment has been received and the order can continue through the remaining process.
Shipping Queue
Your submission is completed and waiting to be packaged for return shipment.
Shipped
Your submission has been shipped back to you.
Archived
The submission has been completed and archived in our system.
Tracking Your Return Shipment
Once your order has shipped, return tracking information may be provided by email or through your submission page when available.
Carrier tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier after the package leaves CCA.
