Payment Methods

CCA uses Stripe to securely process payments through our platform.

Stripe allows customers to pay using supported payment methods available at checkout. The available options may vary depending on your location, device, bank, card provider, and the payment methods enabled at the time of checkout.

Secure Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe.

CCA does not store your full card number or sensitive payment details on our servers. Payment information is handled securely through Stripe’s payment system.

Accepted Payment Options

CCA supports the payment options made available through Stripe during checkout.

This may include major debit cards, credit cards, and other supported payment methods depending on availability.

The payment methods shown at checkout are the payment methods currently available for your order.

When Payment Is Required

Payment may be collected when you place your submission or when your submission reaches a payment-required stage.

If your order status shows Payment Due, your submission may not continue or be released for shipment until payment has been completed.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment fails or is declined, please confirm that your billing information is correct and that your bank or card provider has approved the transaction.

You may need to try another payment method or contact your payment provider for more information.

Payment Confirmation

Once payment is completed, your order status may update automatically in your dashboard.

You may also receive an email confirmation depending on your order status and notification settings.

Refunds and Adjustments

Any eligible refund, correction, duplicate payment review, or billing adjustment must be submitted through a support ticket.

Refund eligibility is reviewed based on the order status, service progress, and CCA’s return policy.
