Shipping Options
CCA currently offers USPS return shipping for completed submissions.
Return shipping costs are calculated based on the total number of cards being shipped back to the customer.
USPS Return Shipping
At this time, CCA uses USPS for return shipments.
Once your submission is completed, packaged, and shipped, tracking information may be provided by email or through your submission page when available.
Shipping Cost
Return shipping is currently calculated using a base shipping rate plus an additional per-card amount.
Current return shipping rate:
$8.75 base shipping
$0.75 for each additional card
Shipping rates may change over time based on carrier pricing, packaging costs, insurance requirements, and service availability.
When Shipping Is Charged
Return shipping may be charged at checkout or when your submission reaches the payment-required stage.
If your order status shows Payment Due, your submission may not be released for return shipment until the balance has been paid.
Shipping Multiple Cards
Submissions with multiple cards may have a higher return shipping cost due to packaging, weight, handling, and protection requirements.
CCA packages completed submissions to help protect the cards during return shipment.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking information may be made available through your dashboard, submission page, or email notification.
After a package is accepted by USPS, tracking updates and delivery timelines are controlled by USPS.
Carrier Delays
CCA is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, incorrect delivery scans, routing issues, or other carrier-related events.
However, our team will assist customers when possible with tracking questions or shipment-related concerns.
Customer Shipping to CCA
Customers are responsible for safely shipping their cards to CCA unless otherwise stated.
We recommend using secure packaging and a shipping method that includes tracking. Customers may also choose to purchase insurance when sending cards to CCA.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate return shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the shipment may be delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.
